Proposed Amendment #1: Remove original developers as declarant and add the Westlake HOA as the declarants

Proposed Amendment #2: Remove Fox Run from our CCRs

Proposed Amendment #3: 10% Rental Cap of total properties in the HOA


Proposed Amendment #4: All replaced fences will face outwards and not extend further than the front facade of your home


Proposed Amendment #5: Votes regarding increases of annual dues and special assessments for capital improvements beyond the maximum allowed annual increases will be determined by a majority of current members and proxies who are entitled to vote. A vote of 51% of the membership shall constitute a quorum. Changed from the original 60%. If the required quorum is not present, another meeting may be called subjected to 1/2 of the requirement. Subsequent meetings shall be held more than 60 days following the preceding meeting.

This is a reminder that HOA Annual Dues are due in July of each year! Our management company sent out the July 2022 invoices to each homeowner.

As of October 2022 we still have 100 homeowners out of 282 that have yet to pay Annual Dues for 2022. There is now a late fee of $0.47 added the the 2022 Annual Dues amount of $147.

If you have not paid your 2022 Annual Dues, you now owe $147.47.

Please be sure to make your payments to avoid further action.

Annual Dues & Monies Due to HOA can be paid multiple ways:

1. Resolving citation from the city of Oklahoma City with regard to creek area stretching from the Westlake Blvd bridge to the MacArthur Blvd bridge.  We’re working with the city for a way forward.

2. Dam remediation. We have received the reports for their plan, we are getting clarification on time lines from the engineering firm.
